Alaska, provided us with a surplus of the spicy fruit. We decided to try our hand at
making hot sauce. After developing a recipe in 1997 using habanero, mangoes and
papaya, we immediately sold out of our first batch at a local farmer's market. The
enthusiastic response to our first attempt spurred us on to make more and from
that we have created 5 more hot sauces, 4 BBQ sauces and more HOT food
products.
